Transitions can be a difficult time in life, particularly as you or your loved ones enter their tween, teen, and young adult years. With each new step of life, you may encounter intense emotions, negative self-talk, body image concerns, or loud, intrusive thoughts. Sometimes you or your loved one need additional support, and I’m here to offer you guidance through the challenges that life throws your way. I’d like to invite you into a warm and non-judgmental space, where we can process your experiences while also building skills to manage them in the future.  My years of experience providing individual, group, and family therapy at PHPs and IOPs have solidified my passion for working with children, adolescents, and young adults with eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, and obsessive compulsive disorder. I practice from a gender-affirming and trauma-informed lens to help you feel heard and safe at every point of your therapy journey.  I am available for telehealth appointments only and see children as young as 10 years old.
