With over 25 years of experience, I am a licensed professional counselor specializing in the treatment of disordered eating, anxiety, perfectionism and the unique challenges faced by high-achieving individuals. I work with adults across the lifespan, helping those in demanding fields such as healthcare, finance, entertainment, and other high-profile careers navigate personal and professional stressors, and the pressure to perform at the highest levels in both. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s goals. In addition to addressing anxiety, perfectionism and disordered eating, I support clients through life stage transitions, parenting challenges, and the complexities of relationships with partners, family members, and adult friends. Together, we work to build insight, resilience, and a more sustainable, fulfilling way of living—one that allows you to thrive both personally and professionally. Finding a good therapeutic connection and safe environment are key, please contact me with any questions regarding my practice or experience.
