Have you found your self replaying old patterns of pain with yourself or in relationships? Do you make the same mistakes over and over only to get mad at yourself each time and then struggle to make lasting changes? Do you feel stuck in trauma and reactivity that tells an old story? I want to hear more about those stories, and I want to help you unpack that pain. I enjoy working with those who are struggling with eating disorders, body image, trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, substance use, and life stage transitions. These can be really complex, and sometimes we need help in navigating and healing them. My work is guided by Internal Family Systems. From this framework my goal will be to help you get to know all parts of yourself by developing an internal environment of curiosity and compassion. We will work to heal internal wounds and learn to live a more courageous and creative life. Ultimately, my goal is to create an environment where you feel safe exploring hard things and to walk alongside you as you do so. I take very seriously my role of empowering my clients, and I believe that you already have all that you need to heal yourself; I just want to help you access your own wisdom.
